Ok so basically this is going to be a huge tournement full of prizes and it should be alot of fun.
3 basic rules.
1. No charater killing without permission.
2. Match stops when ref says so.
3. No ooc flaming (being mean to anyone in out of character)
4. No argueing with staff.
